With over 25 years of experience as a massage therapist, I love focusing on natural healing methods that specifically target 'trouble spots” to help alleviate tension, pain, stiffness, and stress. I enjoy incorporating a variety of stretching techniques and passive modalities to help release muscle stiffness and create a deep sense of relaxation.
