SCIATICA PAIN
Sciatic Nerve Pain occurs when your piriformis muscle becomes inflamed and presses on the sciatic nerve, causing discomfort in your lower back and buttock area. This pain can feel throbbing and may radiate down the back of your leg, sometimes all the way to your foot or toes. Various factors can cause Sciatic Nerve Pain, including issues like lower back problems, bulging or herniated discs, tight trigger points, adhesions from tense or injured muscles, poor posture, piriformis syndrome that compresses nerve roots, and repetitive activities. You might notice symptoms such as pain in your back, buttocks, and the back of your thigh, with discomfort radiating down your leg and occasionally reaching the lower leg and foot. If you are experiencing this discomfort, consult your physician. If all is well, perhaps a massage may be helpful.
